A gypsy nip is a term used to diagnose someone who has a cursed nipple. The curse usually comes from a gypsy (hence the name) but can also be contracted from other things such as a witch

"I'm sorry sir but you have gypsy nip, you have 2 months to live"
"That is one weird looking nipple, you have some sort of gypsy nip"
