The first instance of this word being used was from a Tumblr user's mother by mashing the words scrolling and Tumblr together.

While I was scrumbling I saw a cute drawing of a cat.

Screaming in public

A way to describe your pain with only sounds, it is basically when you scream in public (if it wasn't obvious) and be roasted across millions of old people. It is also a way to gain millions of views by making it intense screaming and putting everybody's ears in chames as in the example below.
