A phrase that can randomly be shouted at any unsuspecting foreigner when abroad in Europe. However such phrase can be greeted by angry reactions from lookie lookie men, expecting more money for the crap that they are trying to sell.

lookie lookie man: buy this watch for 50 euros
man: ONE EURO!
lookie lookie man: no 50
man: ONE EURO!
lookie lookie man: stupid English!

A twosome would involve two normal-sized people, so therefore a one-and-a-halfsome would involve a normal-sized person and a person half the size of a normal person, or a midget.
