A bag of chocolate means when a guy doesn't wash his ass, and blames it on chocolate. Mainly Women would use this term to a guy who doesn't wash his ass or wipe well.

Women: "Honey what's this brown stuff on the bed?"
Man: "Um. . . A piece of chocolate probably fell from the bag of chocolate. . ."
