Jack Assward

adv./adj.

adverb: similar to backwards, but when someone is so entirely ignorant about a situation or circumstance that they make a Jack Ass out of themselves implementing incorrect procedure or protocol, and defending the same.

adjective: a person who cannot do anything correctly, and cannot tell their ass from a hole in the ground.
