Sits outside of art stores, and offers you “cheap ceramics”, he has an array of “secret colors” underneath his ragged blanket, if you do not accept to buy either the ceramics or the secret colors before you enter the store he will slap his arms vigorously and scream at you “SeCrEt CoLOrS” if you wish to live run the moment you see randy, sometimes he goes by Tod, do not trust this, he is randy, how do you know it’s randy?
