A stan who is either of a young age, or is very ignorant. cupcakes often are extremely childish and if something gets pg-13 or sexual, or anything that isnt "disney approved" happens, they get very upset. if you get called a cupcake or someone refers to you indirectly as a cupcake, they aren't complimenting you.
"Hey, did you see (insert artist name)'s new instagram post of them kissing their partner?"
"Yeah, the cupcakes were going ham in the comments. you should see twitter, they're whining about how that's InApPrOpRiAtE"
