Get the Coopermug. Roy Cooper isn't frustrated, he doesnt have to be frustrated with anything, he's a governor. At least part of his job involves frustrating other people, not getting frustrated himself.
Roy Cooper is trying to persuade people in his state that he's as frustrated as they are, but they are not the governor, just like he is not one of them, he's the governor. He's no more on their side than the media or any other corporate entity.
