Pretty Blood is an ongoing series with the central character, who is a bear (malino) named Rinny who is apart of a company named Pretty Blood(not to be confused with the series’s name itself) and is a serial killer. The series is also quite popular and as a whole resembles Happy Tree Friends.

Blood spike is when the blood in your body is rising fast kinda like a spike mostly because you're pissed off or because of the adrenaline in your body
