In a correlation with schadenfreude*, the freak pill is the most underground pill in the internet, it’s, commonly, a negative pill, since you take non-normative acts to the society. Well, basically, a freakpilled is the guy who will treat the things like a jester. A “freak pill master” is the «intellectual/normal dude» across your jesterness and the money they bag off of your ass, like a freakshow. Some people use the “jester” as a disguise.

Jesus freak

Originally, dating back to the late 1960s and early 1970s, it was a term used to describe counterculture people, or hippies, aka "freaks" who were part of the Jesus movement. However, later on it was used as a pejorative against anyone who was a particularly devout Christian and especially vocal about it, even if they were rather square and quite the opposite of counterculture or hippies.
