Dusty is someone who is UGLY or UNCLEAN. Anyone who calls anyone else dusty should think before they speak. Calling someone such a disgusting word could have a major effect on themselves. If you have been called 'dusty' by anybody just remember that the person is an idot, they feel insecure themselves, they have nothing better to do and most importantly they are a bully!
