They will stay loyal to you and will love you for who you are. Even you you have lots of other friends, your best friend is still your favorite. A best friend doesn't ditch you for other people, even if you're mad. If you're so-called best friend lacks at least half of these traits, you should find someone better to spend your time with.

Non zoned friend or NZF is a noun used for a friend that have a reasonable chance to became someones partner. Origin of this word comes from the phenomen called friendzone where chances of becaming mate of the desired person is a fucking joke. New term non zoned friend or NZF is used to show that person is not in a friendzone to avoid confusion.
