As costly as pure silver is nowadays, I'd imagine dat Tonto's "knight on a white horse" crimefighter-companion would use just regular lead-tipped cartridges when merely keeping his aim sharp; his successful hits would still produce "silver bullet holes" in dat they would make piercings in da shiny mirror-finished beer-pints just as well as his "for gunfights only" projectiles would have.

Stick bullets is a South Florida slang term used to describe ammunition for “The Stick” or AK-47 variant firearms. People in possession of “Sticks” will generally not know what variant of AK-47 they own when they go to a gun store and will generally assume that all AK-47 variants are the same and shoot the same ammunition.
Gun store clerk: “Hi, how can I help you?”
Hood n**ga: “Hey bruh I need some stick bullets.”
Gun store clerk: “Ok, is it chambered in 7.62, 5.45 or 5.56?”
Hood ni**ga:”Whatchu mean man, it’s a stick”
Gun store clerk:”Just bring it inside I’ll get you squared away.”
