Owen is the cutest, sweetest, most compassionate person you will ever meet. And by cutest, I mean it. You’ll always remember his face because It’s so bright that you won’t wanna forget it. If you’re having a bad day, he’ll do anything in his power to make you happy. He’ll tell you a joke, then say, “I feel your pain,” he’ll try starting a conversation about something that interests you. He has a lot of passions and is talented in each and every one. He plays football, basketball, and is kind of a jock. He’s really popular and has a lot of friends, but does a good job of making time for each one. You’ll be walking through the halls and immediately spot him through the crowd because he shines so brightly that he’s impossible to miss. His smile is contagious, and makes everyone happy when he walks into a room. When he’s around his crush, he’ll say some dumb things that he doesn’t really mean, but that’s ok because that sums up every 7th grade boy on the planet. You can’t dis this kid (even if you wanted to) because his astonishingly good looks will hook you.

Girl 1: Do you think your boyfriend is cheating on you?

Owego

Noted as the coolest small town in America. It's possible for sure. The OPD (owego police department) is probably the biggest waste of money anyone has ever spent. Frankie rules the streets (the local homeless bum) although hes been MIA lately. Town is filled with a lot of druggies, most of which never leave or go anywhere in life. Lots of rich old folks live in the village. Front St. is great downtown, other than that the rest of the streets are filled with straight dirt. Great place for teenages to grow up besides the fact that you have to drive almost everywhere to have some fun. Drunken donuts get it's fair share of customers. Best activities include pissing off local old people, getting drunk and or high, and cruisin the town. The indians once lived here, and the underground railroad runs under certain houses.

Person A: Want to go roll an L then cruise Owego?
Person B: What else would we do?
Person C: True.
