These are the sort of people that listen to songs with wack lyrics that are all untrue and impossible to understand. When you ask a 21 Savage fan why s/he likes the song they will respond with “it’s got a really good beat” (which usually it doesn’t) making the not a fan of rap but instead a fan of beats.
