1. One who lack a brain, and/or does not know how to use it properly.

2. One who should be diagnosed with having bipolar disorder. This person will be having a nice civil conversation one minute and the next they will snap and go insane. Everyone around should stay clear of this person because his P's know peeps and my G's know peeps.

Someone who is beyond the concept of moron. Is so mentally challenged that they cannot even be called a "spanner". They are instead called by so many tools that it needs to be encompaased by several tools at once.

"Dude, you are such a multi-tool."
