Dumpster teens/teenagers are teenagers who have been disowned or they have run from home (for any reason) and live on the streets. Usually they are known to be troublesome (stereotypically)

Get the Teen Tacomug. Like man-spreading, but worse. A teen lounges across two-to-three seats and takes up more space than an obese, properly sitting adult ever could. Disrespectful and hobknockery behaviour. Bonus annoyance if doing the act while wearing headphones. Can also be applied to the Walmart parking lot.
