Also know as tits on a board or TOP. It is a situation where a woman wears a corset or bodice that results in her boobs being practically up to her neck. This is most commonly seen in the Ren Fair, Medival Reenactment, and Anime/Comic conventions. It can also be seen on Halloween and amongst the Goth subculture.
The women that usually have this happen are very busty.

Woman 1: I suffer for TOP
Woman 2: What is that?

Woman 1: Tits on a platter. I wear a corset and it looks like I have a plate sitting under my boobs.
