1. Typical Southern adulteration of two or more words, in an attempt to make a colloquial shortcut, but actually making a more difficult word to say and understand. In this specific example, 'shrank' or 'shrunk', and 'wrinkled' are vulgarly heaped upon each other in a backwoods display of grotesque sexual prowess, similar to turtles having sex.
