Pathmam means lotus and Eshwaran means God. In other words it means lotus God. It can be a name for all the three primordial deities of the Hindu religion. For Brahma, He is the creator sitting on a lotus and writing everyone’s fate as well. For Vishnu, He is the one with lotus like eyes.
