LEL is an abbreviation for laugh even louder, laugh extremely loud, or laugh extra loud, etc. It was invented for people on the internet not to be the same as everyone who said Lol Lel is just another way to say it.

LeL

A more proper, calm and direct use of lel/LEL. Is not an acronym and is used as a replacement for lol as more of a mind chuckle (since in reality you are not actually 'laughing out loud'). Also used as an emphasis of pronunciation. Commonly used in gaming such as LoL ever since His Grace, Maegorr the First of His Name coined the phrase.

A: Dude, I just spent eight hundred dollars on ties.

Lel means "Laughing Extremly Loud". Many people say "LEL sucks! I mean, lel aint a stupid word". Well, it is not a word, it is an abbreviation. It sounds better and feels better than lol. I always say lel means laughing extravaganzly loud, but meh. Anyway, lel just means something is funny. so lel.
