Donkey

“Donkey” is a term that is used in poker. It is used to describe a player that knows the rules but makes stupid decisions that somehow end up negatively affecting a better player. These are by far the most disliked players in the game.

A word used in particular in the field of customer service and/or support to describe either a customer or an end-user who is so obviously unintelligent that you might question their ability to be a productive member of caveman society. Essentially a grown human being that may not be able to tie their own shoes.

That guy was such a donkey, I can't believe that donkey can spell his own name, Who let that donkey in here?
