An expression used in response to someone who accidentally or purposely trips you up at the worst possible time. Usually occurs during moments of intense concentration or during a special moment. Based on the President Obama Inaugural Oath when Chief Justice John Roberts incorrectly stated the words “that I will execute the Office of President to the United States faithfully”; thereby causing President Obama to pause and disrupting Obama's special moment. Similar usage to don't tase me bro
