Pleasing to the eye; in online terms it is an annoying way to refer to a type of visually pleasing social media feed. Sometimes, the 'aesthetic' can differ from individual to individual; a person cn have a pastelish aesthetic while other can have an aesthetic involving dark colors.

An uncommon word that is a combination of aesthetic (appearance/beauty) and athlete, so it is kind of like mathlete.
