A term for someone who is either a residence of the kentish village wrotham, which sits on the North downs, or a member or former member of the secondary school too which wrotham is the village in which it resides in.
Look no further than the school itself, or look at some strange behaviour in society; doing abnormal things and then you might possibly have spotted a wrothamite.
