The action of resting ones pussy on another person's mouth and riding it like a surf board (hence board). Doing this could cause turbulence and a whole lot of liquid (hence water). You're welcome!
"Get off work already, and get on waterboarding me"
"Dude this chick just waterboarded the f*** outta me and I swallowed her whole"
"I wanna waterboard the f*** outta you"

When someone involuntarily subjects you to repeated watching of the same movie(s) to a point that can only be defined as torture.
As a young boy in the 80's, with two older sister, I was regularly subjected to cinematic waterboarding through Sixteen Candles, Pretty in Pink, and Oxford Blues.

When one verbally complains, corrects or simply makes a point over and over again. The verbal repetitiveness on the side of the receiver can feel like drowning. Especially after an apology or solution has been articulated.
After Terry offered a solution to the problem, Benny couldn’t stop complaining about the problem over and over again. She said it felt he was dumping buckets of words over her head, it was like verbal waterboarding. She added he has 2 ears and 1 mouth…he should use them proportionally.

A type of torture method where water is poured onto a cloth or a piece of fabric covering the face of a person. Since the wet fabric makes it near impossible to breathe, the person being “waterboarded” will feel as if they are drowning, despite them not being in any sort of body of water. Usually, water is poured intermittently to prevent death. However, there have been cases of deaths by asphyxia due to waterboarding.
