Pronounced 'Scoh-Moh' Evade any responsibility and lack any empathy at all while doing it.

Whilst holding any kind of position with basic standards or responsibility to fellow humans, pulling a ScoMo means to blame somebody else, and smirk a little while doing it. And if you can talk sharply in a 'bully' style while communicating it, then you've done a successful ScoMo. Added points for blaming an invisible man in the sky.
