the biggest town in morris county, nj. people go to the mall for hours, or you go to white meadow lake and mount hope pond for a day. the rich kids up in greenpond have the most outrageous parties. knolls over hills. obviously. u hang out at peterson on long summer nights or you ride bikes around the fields. the best parties are thrown in basements and there’s underage teens raging. the best times are when you’re with your friends and in the scorching summer. you really really hate randolph and you’re bestfriemds with peole from denville if you live in rockaway. rockaway is the best town in the county.

Roadapple

Noun; a fragrant fruit that grows on pavement. Seeds come from a horse's rear end. The fruit is piled in moist sticky clumps brown-green in color, shades may vary depending on freshness. When very ripe the color is a deep chocolate brown, but the flavor is very distinct from chocolate, gives off a rich aroma of digested hay and oats, texture is soft and moist. also seen as a byproduct of buggy traffic. Useful in making roadapple pies, an Amish delicacy. Can be harvested in Shipshewana.

rockaway mall

A shopping center located in Rockaway NJ containing major stores such as Lord and Taylors, Sears, Macy's, JC Penny's, FYE and other such major retail dealers. It's a popular congregation area for elderly on their morning strolls, shopping adults and young teens.
Also a hang out area for local mall rats who cluster mainly around the FYE and arcade opening until being chased away by security.

The Rockaway Townsquare mall is only a short distance from any location in Rockaway!

Rockaway Park

A place filled angry black people, and crazy Irish kids. A place where drinking is the norm, and fighting is expected. A place where your friends will stand with you no matter what the circumstances are, and a place where a baseball bat can solve any problem. A place where kids learn to use their fists at a young age, and will take a beating before backing down from any fight. A place life long friends are made. A place that may be filled with sorrow, but you will never notice. It might be located in the Brooklyn-Queens district, but its a world to itself.
