Powdered Margarita Rim

The "Powdered Margarita Rim," (P.M.R.) is the colloquial term for when one individual smears cocaine onto their nostrils (note: not the entire nose, strictly the nostrils), and another individual enters the scene, mentally preparing to snort, and subsequently snorting, the drug off the slathered nostrils by pressing their own against them.
