A term which barbies use to call girls even though they clearly want attention. A version of a bruh girl. A gal who thinks that girls are 'overly dramatic' and tends to hang out with guys. Kind of like a tom boy. Some kinds of pick me girls s!ut shames other girls to show off to boys. They call themselves quirky even though they do things that other people does and think they're special. Nobody likes them and nobody should. They simply belong in hell.

Pick Me Girl

A slang term used to shame women for being different and not “normal” to society. Also used to shame women for having just guy friends because obviously that’s a bad thing now.

Example 1:
Jane: I only have guy friends because I have more in common with them and I’ve known them for years

Sandra: Omg you’re such a pick me girl

Example 2:
Jane: I don’t like makeup because it’s hard to use and take off

Sandra: Omg you’re a pick me girl

Example 3:

Jane: I want to try and play basketball, I’ve seen so many people do it on social media so I think it would be fun to try

A weird and cringe label that girls call other girls probably because they're upset that they can't get a man themselves. Originally supposed to be like the female version of a simp but now basically used for any woman who doesn't spend all their energy being triggered about the existence of men.

A pick me girl is a insecure girl who claims they are always "one of the guys" and insults other women around their "crush". (basically any girl called Ava or Ren or Jay)

Pick me girl - "Oh my god, you saw what layla posted yesterday about her dog dying and how she "doesn't want anyone to talk to her about it"? She is so looking for attention from luke. I know exactly what lukes type is because I'm one of the guys."

Pick Me Girl

A girl who seeks validation from men. They often act different around men than they do girls, their catch phrases could be something like: "I'm not like other girls, I don't like dresses, don't wear makeup and I AM NOT dramatic!" or "I'm not like other girls, I hang out with boys/men because their less problematic!" etc. Some say things like: "OMG, I'm SOOO tiny compared to you, STOOPPPP ITTTT!". There are 2 types of pick me girls, one who acts like a girly girl and refers as a small person compared to the guy she's talking to, or the tomboy-ish one who seeks men validation by 'acting like one of the boys' when she's clearly not.

Example 1:

Normal Girl: Ugh, I was up all night trying to find a good makeup look for the party and-
Pick Me Girl: Oh, really?! Could never be me, I don't wear makeup, I'm too natural and definitely not a 'try hard' so that's why I don't wear that stuff.
Normal Girl: Umm...Okay.

Example 2:
*Talking To A Guy*
Pick Me Girl: OMG! STOOOPP! You know I'm tinier than you so stop bullying me, owy...omg, look at how tiny my hands are compared to yours, let's do a hand comparison-

Pick Me Girl

An insult aimed at any woman that doesn't mindlessly follow feminist dogma. It can also be used by feminists as a generic insult towards any woman they don't personally like, regardless of the political ideology of the woman being insulted. It is similar to "incel" or "nazi" by which it's meant to undermine any counter made to progressive rhetoric by labelling the critic something negative instead of actually engaging with the argument in good faith.

Ironically, the term "pick me" can be inadvertently sexist, as depending on the context, it implies the only reason a woman would be critical of feminism is for male attention, completely ignoring any other potential personal experiences and philosophies that may influence the woman's opinion.

Eg. 1:
A: "Men are actually statistically more likely to be attacked more often than women when walking alone at night. They're also more likely to be homeless, fall behind in education, and die in workplace related accidents."

B: "Found the pick me girl lol.

Eg. 2:

A: "Personally, I don't support abortion due to my own negative experiences with it and my own religious philosophy."

B: "You're such a pick me!! you only want attention from men!!"
