One who creeps on little boys/children, uses candy as a way to attract people under the age of 8 into his/her house, or one that enjoys watching kids play tag. Basically, it is a mega creep.
A Lurk is a pedophile, swim coach who is older than 40 and teaches kids under 5, B Mulli (that is short anyone who has a mullet), and many people from Alaska.
