resume leech

An individual who holds a position for the sole purpose of listing that position on their resume.

Generally this applies to a temporary position and the individual involved does not fulfill the necessary requirements for that position yet, the title of their position sounds very impressive on a resume.

ex/

John: "Sam is never in his office. He is the President of our organizations but never does anything here."

Jack: "I'm pretty sure he is just a resume leech."

Leech

A toxic, fake friend who hasn’t only clung onto you for personal gain. This includes clout, relationships, attention, other people to later leech onto (so called friends) and for the ability to simply use you. A leech is the worst kind of fake friend; they not only use you, but they suck up everything you have... until they have sucked up all your blood of course.

Cynthia was a leech, she was only nice to you so she could take advantage of you.

Her ex was such a leech, he only dated her so he could get with her friends. Not to mention that he took all her money.

Some kid (in some cases teenager) who asks his mother for money every 10 minutes to buy something really stupid (Cash for MMORPGS or videogames or candies and shit)

latchkey kid

A child (usually younger like age 7-13) who comes home (usually from school) to an empty house and is left unsupervised and to fend for themselves until someone older comes home to watch over them. This is usually done for 2-4 hours. This name/phrase originates from the latchkey of a door because the child is often given the responsibility/privilege/burden of carrying a key to the house around with them (even in school). The key is typically worn around the neck or kept in a hidden area of the book bag but is also sometimes hidden under a door mat of the house, or in some other hidden location near the door.

Someone who calls themselves a friend but they only use you until someone better comes along to feed off.

Jasper was such a leech, he would use people for there drugs, money and sex than move onto the next victim to suck dry.
