When a person says this, they mean when you came into my life, everything's changed. They feel differently, think differently.

Most probably say this to a person you like romantically or want to start a relationship with.

when a ghetto person -or person that talks ghetto- gets ready to tell a story; usually about how much weed they smoked that day, how much crunk juice they drank that weekend, what ho/dude they banged, when they're about to lie, or when they are talking about something that totally doesn't need to be started with "see wut had happened was.."

"see, what had happened was..is this..i smoked so much dr0 n drank s0 much crunk juice this weekend, that i banged some dude that was toe up from tha flo' up"

I can't see how that happened

Something to say when you see a particularly unfortunate looking woman with children. It's considered a subtle way of pointing out a troll in the vicinity.

Opposite of I can see how that happened.

First example:
Guy #1: Oh my God, that woman hurts my eyes. How'd she get so many kids?
Guy #2: I can't see how that happened.

Second example:
Guy #1: Blah blah blah blah blah.
Guy #2: (nods in a direction) I can't see how that happened.
Guy #1: Thanks, I didn't look directly.

Used as an adjective to clarify how true or definite something is. Does not actually have to have happened before. Eg person 1 “She’s fit, I’d like to give her one” Person 2 “it’s happened before”
