"-sies" at the end of every word. So when you ask someone "What it do?" you say "What it doosies?"

OR when you really gotta do work on the toliet. or..just poop. you can say "I GOTTA TAKE A DOOSIES!"
or "I GOTTA TAKE A DOUBLE DOOSIES!"

"HEY BROSEPH!"
"Hey man! What it doosies?"

or

"HEY BROSEPH!"
"CAN'T TALK, GOTTA TAKE A DOOSIES!"
