If I write something on a two way mirror the guy on the other side of the glass just gets to steal it? And why would I not murder kids over that? Sounds like a copyright to me. Setting up the site as though it were a two-mirror explicitly so you can launder and profiteer? How is that not exactly what is happening here?"
