Booger has many meanings but in this case it is refers to a “pick me pick me” female. A female simp, defending or overlooking toxic male behavior in hopes of being chosen by said male. Or a go along type of girl to be seen as “not like other girls.”

Nose hairs, called cilia help to block out germs from entering the body through the nose. The germs stick to the cilia and form things called boogers. So whatever you do, do not eat your boogers, or you will get the germs!
