Mainly used by the latinos, it is used by another latino to refer to another latino.
Used also as a discriminatory term to refer to Peruvians, Bolivians, lower-class Mexicans, etc, etc.
(altough many of us dont mind)

Funny frog show episode where Anne, Sasha and Marcy go to funny newt king. Sasha try to steal box, now toad and Sasha rule, but day is saved. But newt king is evil and robot is destroyed and frog thrown out window but frog is safe.
