It means what the fuck. It originated when I was playing a game at my friend's house and he beat me mercilessly. I then proceeded to beat him with a stick, but then I held myself back and said "what the friction" because his mom was in the next room.

what the fuck hand

A usually unwarranted expression of anger given by one driver to another when they want the other drivers to be doing something illegal or dangerous but they refuse to. A "what the fuck hand" is performed by an open palm facing up in a manner that says "What the fuck?" to a nearby driver.

I was driving 40 mph down Woodman and this old man behind me became moderately pissed and gave me a what the fuck hand. Apparently to secure his happiness he must always be doing at least 10 over the speed limit.
