When Secretary of State Colin Powell showed photographs to the UN proving the existence of chemical warfare plants, he was photoshopping reality. Also, President George W. Bush's infamous comment to FEMA chief Michael D. Brown while the latter was botching the federal response to Hurricane Katrina: "Brownie, you're doing a heck of a job."

I was talking to this guy on POF. He obviously had no interest in me and was just giving me charity replies cause they were always just one word answers and he wouldn't reply for hours at a time. I can see when he's been online! Then one day he just kind of vanished...

Someone then draws that tattoo (but smaller) then takes it to the same tattooer to be done again only smaller and upside down...now it has been 'hyper replicated'.
