Similar to "brown bagging" a girl by putting a brown bag on her head because you want to have sex with her but want to do so without looking at her face. A redneck brown-bag is simply taking a 12-gauge shotgun and removing the girl's head with it in order to rid your eyes of her bad looks

They always have a fishin pole or shut gun with them and wears camo all the time.

Redneck Blumpkin

An even grosser twist on the blumpkin that I randomly thought of one day. It is when a girl performs a blumpkin on a guy when he is shitting in a port-o-potty/port-o-john. Rumored to happen at the most redneck of places such as county fairs, nascar races and tractor pulls.

Mary-Sue gave Billy-Bob a redneck blumpkin at the tractor pull. This caused all Billy-Bob's friends to immediately become jealous and wish they could get one too. Billy-Bob was later quoted as saying "I'm gonna marry that girl one day".
