1. To drive safe and lawfully. More often, under the speed limit.

2. To goof on people in proximity to slow drivers. Especially, when positioned inside of a slow turn. e.g. (parked or standing) If 'cut off' by a slow driver.

3. Celebratory shout to witnessing a very slow driver.

"Boi got granny skrted on! Haha!"
