Oh, and as an added safety measure, from now on, I'll only be responding to "Doc," "Doctor," "Ceasar," or "The Big Cheese;" and noooo, I'm _not_ joking.

Cheese-jacker - the boss, the one who passes out the cheese. Cheese Jacking is when you pass out the cheddar (aka checks) to your employees. Cheese Jacking is also when you make money by being good at business, aka steel the cheese.
