A social media app used by millions in which people use sounds that either others create or themselves to create content that the audience enjoys. There’s comedic videos, reaction videos, dance videos. The majority of its population are teenagers and younger children but adults can be found there as well. Tiktok was originally known as Musical.ly but it got bought, and it was changed. At first, many were against it changing, but it soon gained an abundance of followers and now it becomes a daily routine for many of its participants. Some of its users have gained a lot of fame from it, with millions of followers on the platform.

“Hey did you hear about that new app that everyone is obsessed with?”

“Oh, Tiktok? I’ve only had it for a few days, but I’m already Tiktok famous!”
