Get the garbage can manmug. "Garbage plus" (or "garbage+") refers to when life has already been going pretty bad and then more things happen that make it almost impossible to manage.
"I just replaced my windshield only to have a rock hit it while driving on the highway which will now need to be repaired, my program director at work is a sociopath and has been playing mind games with me and setting me up for failure trying to get me to quit, then I discovered I'm going to lose out on $40,000 of loan repayments because of a technicality, a once "best friend" came out of hiding told me to fuck off when I asked what happened and went away again, another good friend told me the project we're starting to work on might not actually work out... it's a lot. My life is feeling pretty garbage plus right now."
