1.To be at the top level of being "High" to the point where u can't be any higher.
2.High to the point where u just all over the place mentally and physically
3.Mentally overcooked
4.Fried as in being cooked,sizzling,burnt;Macc is short for macaroni. What happens when u put macaroni noodles in a frying pan an turn the flames up high,The noodles will just burn an sizzle fast and burn. Equivalent with your brain just sizzling from the drugs.Eventually burning you out mentally.
