Tweaker Time

Taking longer than expected, lacking time management skills, not being able to accurately depict the amount of time it takes to do something or be somewhere.

When some functions on tweaker time they lack concern for other people's time and mislead them on the amount of time it takes to meet or do something.

My neighbor was an hour late she has started to function on tweaker time

Where one accidentally breaks a clock for a unnecessary reason. It's not sure how they break a clock, but whatever reason, it must be stupid

Time Sticker

In a csgo manner: Time Sticker means a sticker, that has date on it (like 2014 or 2016).
These types of stickers gain value over time, because they become more uncommon, or they even disappear from the Steam Market.
In other way: Time stickers were used sometimes instead of paint in WW2 to mark their guns, checkpoints or even clothings.
Some of these stickers can still exist, in Time Capsules.

CSGO player: HEY! You got a time sticker?
OWNER: YEAH, It will gain value over time..
CSGO player: For how much?
OWNER: Dunno, around 0.20€, but it will be 10 times more after two years.

Pacific time

An advantage for West Coast teams in basketball over East Coast teams, since basketball games are usually played later in the day than football games. It is especially an advantage on weeknights and the night before a work week begins (Sunday night). Playing a home game is at a regular time for a West Coast team, while it's running from 10 to after midnight for a team from the East, a time when most of the audience is asleep or has their back turned to a TV.

Pacific time wins games. It's not something a team from the West Coast has to fight against, it helps them out. It works for them, not against. The other teams from every other time zone are always on their time no matter what.
