Derived from fnappy. The level of euphoria you are experiencing, while on a feel-good substance. This incredible feeling is commonly brought on by a scheduled substance, more specifically a narcotic. My nasty neighbors next door kept bothering prospective buyers during showings, so I ended up selling for 20% less than the appraised value. The toth factor cost me thousands!
