To go number 2 in someone's desktop computer. Similar to an upper decker, but much more inappropriate.

The gentleman with the dickeration was not pleased to find some had installed a deuce processor in his machine overnight.

When an individual sits in the stall directly next to yours in a public restroom. Many times are are other stalls available, however the individual chooses to sit next to you.

While I was in the restroom, some jerk came in and wanted to be my "Deuce-buddy".
