A man who dedicates his life to guilt tripping women into wearing clothes that cover themselves completely from their neck to their feet, but only after he’s gotten a long look at their tiddies.

Man: *stares at woman’s boobs for a full 10 minutes*
Woman 1: “Um, can I help you?”
Man: *Offended tone* “You really are showing way too much of your cleavage. It’s unsettling and offensive. Do us all a favor and cover that up.”
Woman 2: *Whispers to Woman 1* “Damn, what a tiddy cop.”

Cop Karma

"Intellectual" phenomena that leads people to believe going 15 under the speed limit for 3 miles after passing a cop will either:

A) Keep said cop from giving them a ticket for flying past him, or
B) Prevent subsequent cops from coming after them because they atoned for their speeding.

Despite the fact that he was doing 80 in a 55 zone when he passed the cop, the idiot in the Corolla in front of me then decided to utilize cop karma to keep from getting a ticket. He slammed on his brakes and then proceeded to drive 42 for three miles, but it didn't work: he got bagged 18 seconds later.

Ineffective, bungling law enforcers who have nothing better to do than to stake out parties and arrest underage drinkers. This double entendre is derived from the name of the underage beer of choice: keystones

We were right in the middle of a sweet party, complete with keggers and 40s, but the Keystone Cops showed up and cleared the place out.

Cop drop

The act of dropping a cell phone out of police view in mid conversation when you see a police officer in a state where talking on the cell phone and driving is illegal. Best accomplished by saying "cop drop" to alert the person you are talking to that you are placing the phone down for a second.

I was telling Steve a great story and right in the middle of it I had to do a cop drop, and he thought I hung up.
