separate sandboxes

A term to be used when two people are fighting, oftentimes like children, and there arises a need for them to calm down and shut up. The term comes from the notion of "time out," such as putting two bickering kids on the playground in two different sandboxes to avoid them fighting any longer.

College Student A: "You can't tell me what to do!"
College Student B: "You're being an asshole!"
Sensible Party: "Separate sandboxes, you two!"

On September 4th, 2020, two idiots who will go unnamed for the protection of the not so innocent deleted something of importance and then proceeded to shrug off anyone who tried to make them face the proper consequences.

Person 1: Hey man, do you still have that project from last week? I need to make some changes to it.
Person 2: Nah man, can't do. George deleted it and then acted like he did absolutely nothing wrong by doing so since "we can just make another one".
